We have established the following policies toward meeting the goals set forth above.

ORDERING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with CORBITZ, Ltd., you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read all of the policies and terms before placing an order. CORBITZ, Ltd. is not responsible if your order does not meet these terms and requirements.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email order acknowledgement. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please telephone Customer Service at 206.241.9877 for confirmation that your order has been received.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We will make every effort to ship your order on the first business day after receipt of your order. Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship by the best method to meet your required delivery date. At this time, we are restricting shipments to the US and Canada.  For orders in excess of $35.00 shipped into the USA, CORBITZ will ship the order at no charge by USPS (United States Postal Service).

PRICING

Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice. We cannot confirm the price of an item until the order is placed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort maintain an adequate inventory of all items. In spite of these efforts, items listed on the site may occasionally fall on backorder. If an item gets placed on backorder, the customer will be contacted via Email and notified. When B/O's arrives within 30 days from date of order, the customer will be asked if they would still like that item shipped. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days it will be canceled and you will receive an email confirming cancellation. We will not assess an extra charge above the originally calculated full order charge for shipping a back-order

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel an order for merchandise that has been advertised on the site in error, including errors contained in the product descriptions, and the advertised price. Once an order has been placed, the customer can cancel the order without penalty prior to the order entering into the production/fulfillment cycle.

WARRANTY

PAPER-TRACKER carries a 30-day guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials defects. Warranty applies from the date of shipment.

PAYMENTS AND OPEN ACCOUNTS

All orders will be made by cash, money orders, certified/bank checks, or the bank cards identified on the payments page (Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards) unless prior arrangements have been made for an alternative payment plan.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are restricted to standard products carried in inventory and does not apply to special ordered products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your product within 30 days of the sales receipt date, with the proof of purchase, for a refund. The following terms apply: If you would like to return a purchase you must contact us first. All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that you were shipped the wrong items. We will only accept returns in new condition. All return items will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. We cannot credit any freight, handling or shipping charges. Refunds made the same day as the order will be made in the same form as the original payment.  Refunds after this day will be made by check within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return. Please complete our Return Form to obtain a RMA number.

SALES TAX

All amounts due for taxes and assessments will be added to the customer's invoice and are the responsibility of the customer. No tax exemption will be granted unless the customer's "Exemption Certificate" (or other official proof of exemption) accompanies the purchase order or is already on file. If, after the customer has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the customer must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority, or immediately reimburse the provider for any additional taxes paid. Sales tax will be added to all order shipped into the State of Washington.

CORBITZ's packaging, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks and/or trade dress of CORBITZ, Ltd. CORBITZ's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not CORBITZ's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits CORBITZ. All other trademarks not owned by CORBITZ that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by CORBITZ.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the CORBITZ site or to products you purchase through CORBITZ shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Seattle, Washington, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate CORBITZ's intellectual property rights, CORBITZ may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state, or federal court in the state of Washington, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SITE MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
